By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any service provided by pkshan (referred to throughout these Terms as "pkshan", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "you", or "your") and pkshan. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the pkshan platform and close any account you have registered.

Your continued use of pkshan after any update or revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. pkshan recommends that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

To register and use pkshan, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. pkshan operates a strict 21+ policy across all game categories and betting products without exception.
• Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• Single Account: You may hold only one active pkshan account. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, either through pkshan's own responsible gaming tools or through any third-party gambling exclusion programme.
• Not Acting on Behalf of Others: You must be playing or betting for your own personal entertainment using your own funds. pkshan accounts may not be used as a conduit for third-party gambling activity.

pkshan reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents from any user at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending completion of the verification process.

When registering a pkshan account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkshan account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. pkshan will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

• Registration Information: All personal details submitted during pkshan registration must be truthful and match your official identity documents.
• Password Security: Choose a strong, unique password for your pkshan account. Do not reuse passwords from other websites or services.
• Suspicious Activity: You must notify pkshan immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• Account Ownership: pkshan accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any credits, winnings, or entitlements associated with it to any other person.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts that have been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. pkshan reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts as outlined in the pkshan fee schedule published on the platform.

pkshan reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

pkshan accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following verified payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL Online Banking, UBL Digital, Meezan Bank Internet Banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards where applicable.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount on pkshan is Rs 500. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed and will be returned to the source account.
• No Deposit Fees: pkshan does not charge any transaction fee on deposits made through supported payment methods. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which pkshan accepts no responsibility.
• Own Funds Only: You must only deposit funds that belong to you. pkshan strictly prohibits the use of funds obtained through illegal means, fraudulent activity, or third-party credit arrangements made specifically for gambling purposes.
• Payment Method Consistency: pkshan may require that withdrawals be processed to the same payment method used for deposits, as a standard anti-money laundering safeguard.
• Failed Deposits: pkshan is not responsible for delays or failures in deposit processing that originate from your bank, mobile wallet provider, or payment gateway. Contact your payment provider in the first instance for such issues.
• Currency: All pkshan account balances are maintained in PKR. No currency conversion is applied to deposits made in PKR.

pkshan is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly. The following conditions and processing timeframes apply to all withdrawal requests submitted through the pkshan platform:

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount from a pkshan account is Rs 500.
• Processing Times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes. Raast transfers complete within approximately 1 hour. HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank transfers may take up to several hours depending on inter-bank clearing schedules. Withdrawals are available seven days a week including public holidays in Pakistan.
• Verification Requirements: pkshan may request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard regulatory requirement and is not indicative of any wrongdoing on the part of the user.
• Wagering Requirements: Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements associated with each bonus offer claimed on pkshan. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus portion being voided.
• Withdrawal Restrictions: pkshan reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawal requests where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, terms abuse, bonus abuse, or where identity verification has not been satisfactorily completed.
• No Withdrawal Fees: pkshan does not charge a fee on standard withdrawals. Fees imposed by the receiving financial institution are outside pkshan's control and responsibility.

pkshan offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions outlined here. In the event of a conflict between specific promotional terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms take precedence.

• Wagering Requirements: All pkshan bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Bonus Expiry: All pkshan bonuses have an expiry period, typically between 3 and 7 days from the date of credit. Bonus funds and free spins that remain unused or have unmet wagering requirements at the point of expiry will be forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms, pkshan users may hold only one active bonus at any given time.
• Abuse Prevention: pkshan actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: matched betting using pkshan bonus funds, exploitation of promotional terms through coordinated play, and use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus. Accounts found to be abusing the pkshan bonus system will have all associated bonuses voided and may be suspended.
• Welcome Bonus Eligibility: The pkshan welcome bonus is available to new users only, on their first qualifying deposit. Users who have previously held a pkshan account under any name or payment method are not eligible for the welcome offer.
• Game Contributions: Different game types on pkshan contribute different percentages towards bonus wagering requirements. Live dealer games and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate than slots. Specific contribution rates are listed on each promotion page.

All bets and wagers placed on pkshan — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, or the pkshan sports betting section — are governed by the following general rules in addition to the specific rules applicable to each individual game or market:

• Finality of Bets: Once a bet has been confirmed by the pkshan platform, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the user unless the platform explicitly provides a cash-out or bet cancellation feature for that specific market.
• Sufficient Balance: Bets may only be placed when your pkshan account holds sufficient real-money or bonus balance to cover the full stake. pkshan will not extend credit for betting purposes under any circumstances.

• Maximum Winnings: pkshan applies maximum single-session and single-bet winnings limits. These limits vary by game and are published in the individual game or market information sections of the platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pkshan. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and in serious cases, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your eligibility to use pkshan.
• Money Laundering: Using the pkshan platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime activity. pkshan is required by its operating licence to report suspicious transaction activity to relevant authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage in any pkshan game or betting market.

pkshan reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute filed in bad faith
• Account dormancy in accordance with the dormant account policy
• Request by the user to close their own account voluntarily
• Instruction from a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority

Upon permanent closure of a pkshan account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the user via their last verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited upon account closure in all circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkshan and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the pkshan platform, including but not limited to:

• Gambling losses of any amount sustained through legitimate game play or sports betting activity on pkshan
• Loss of data, account access, or service availability due to technical faults, maintenance, or force majeure events
• Financial losses arising from reliance on information published on the pkshan platform
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers
• Damages arising from unauthorised access to your pkshan account resulting from your failure to maintain account security

pkshan's total aggregate liability to any individual user in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that user to pkshan in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

All content on the pkshan platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, design elements, and trademarks, is the property of pkshan or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pkshan platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any pkshan content without prior written consent from pkshan.

• The pkshan name, logo, and associated branding are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted to pkshan become the property of pkshan and may be used without compensation or attribution to the submitter.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, whether contractual or non-contractual in nature, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkshan holds its international gaming licence.
